A Book of Condolence in memory of CPV General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong (1944 – 2024) will be opened at the Permanent Mission of Viet Nam to the United Nations and Consulate of Viet Nam in New York (866 UN Plaza, Suite 428, New York, NY 10017) during the 2 days of State Mourning (25 and 26 July 2024):

Thursday, 25 July 2024:

10:00 am – 12:00 pm

03:00 pm – 05:00 pm

Friday, 26 July 2024:

10:00 am – 12:00 pm

(all times are in US Eastern Time)
